Recent inspections for our Property Management Company at this two block property in Weymouth.
We regularly work for this client and manage their whole portfolio of properties. We hold an asset register for every door at all of their sites. By using Firescape we ensure all sites are completed when required and we can offer a complete overview of compliance when required.
These Glass door unfortunately offer no fire protection in this Exeter apartment block. We have been asked to ensure the communal area is compliant which involves a new partition to accept a new door lining and new FD30 fire door - pictures of completed work to follow!
This is a snapshot of some work in progress to get these doors compliant in Bristol.
These doors, although not very old required new hinges, gap adjustment and replacement of some damaged smoke seals.
